1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Medical Assistant Doc Notes app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides AI-powered medical assistance tools including:
- HOPI (History of Present Illness) note generation
- Medical information and guidance
- Voice dictation capabilities
- Multi-language support
- Content reporting and moderation
3. Subscription Services
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers premium subscription services through Apple's App Store:
Available Plans:
- Premium Monthly: $9.99/month
- Premium Yearly: $99.99/year (17% savings)
Subscription Terms:
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Management: You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase
- Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Contact Apple Support for subscription-related issues

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not share sensitive personal health information

- Report inappropriate or inaccurate content using the in-app reporting feature
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
5. Content and AI-Generated Information
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate medical notes and provide information. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is for educational purposes only
- Content should be reviewed by qualified medical professionals
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- You can report inappropriate or inaccurate content through the app
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content
- Warranties that the App will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Medical malpractice or negligence claims
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

19. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim
