• App Activity & Content — diet logs, goals, nutrition entries, favorites, and preferences you save in the app.
• Device & Usage — device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and basic analytics (e.g., screens visited, session length).
• Optional Integrations — if you connect third‑party services (e.g., fitness trackers), we process data strictly to provide the integration.

Sensitive health-related entries are used only to power in‑app features you choose (e.g., tracking nutrients, generating recommendations).

How We Use Your Information

• Provide core features (logging foods, tracking nutrients, exporting data).
• Improve reliability and performance, including debugging and crash analytics.

In‑App Data Deletion

Inside the app, navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account/Data to erase locally stored entries and unlink cloud backups (if enabled). Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you signed in with a third‑party account (e.g., Apple/Google), you may also need to revoke access in your provider’s account settings.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
