This Privacy Policy explains how NutritionTrak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Sensitive health-related entries are used only to power in‑app features you choose (e.g., tracking nutrients, generating recommendations).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that process information on our behalf (e.g., analytics, cloud storage) under confidentiality and data‑processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Inside the app, navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account/Data to erase locally stored entries and unlink cloud backups (if enabled). Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you signed in with a third‑party account (e.g., Apple/Google), you may also need to revoke access in your provider’s account settings.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers or providers are located, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
To exercise any right, email zub165@yahoo.com and state your request and the email used in the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
