Privacy Policy
Sadaqaworks (“we”, “our”) helps members deposit Zakat, fund vocational training, and track impact. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — email, username, and profile details when you sign in.
- Wallet & Zakat data — balances, deposits, allocations, and activity history.
- Training ecosystem data — contractor registrations, beneficiary applications, enrollments, and progress.
- Bank link details — bank name and masked account identifiers you enter in Settings (not full credentials stored by us).
- Device preferences — theme and cached data stored locally on your device.
- Technical logs — server timestamps and IP addresses when you use our APIs.
2. How we use data
We use your data to authenticate you, show wallet and Zakat activity, match beneficiaries to training programs, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
3. Storage (hybrid)
Data is stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences) and synced to our backends when online:

4. Sharing
We do not share private account credentials with third parties except hosting providers and as required by law. Training and impact summaries may be visible to authorized admins for program oversight.
5. Deletion
Delete your account from Settings → Delete account & data in the app, or follow our Delete Account page.
6. Children
Sadaqaworks is not directed at children under 13.
