Make sure no other applications are using your camera.
Ensure your camera is properly connected and not being used by other software.
Some browsers have better camera support than others.
iPhone: Use Safari, allow camera permissions in Settings > Safari > Camera
Android: Use Chrome, allow camera permissions when prompted
Both: Make sure no other apps are using the camera
