Overview

Photo Grid is a photo layout and printing utility. It arranges photos you already own onto printable sheets for multiple paper sizes (4×6, 5×7, 8×10, and A4). The app is published by Innovator Generation. This policy applies to the web, iOS, and Android versions.

Not an official document service. Photo Grid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, passport office, or issuing authority. Size templates in the app are general references only and may be outdated or incorrect. We make no guarantee that any output will be accepted by any authority — always verify current requirements with the official source. The app must not be used to create or alter identity documents or credentials for fraudulent purposes.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information, photos, or account data on our servers. The app does not require sign-in.

Photos: Processed locally on your device only.
Preferences: Country, paper size, grid, and background settings are saved locally on your device.
Analytics & ads: None. We do not use tracking or advertising SDKs.

How Your Data Is Used

Local preferences help remember your settings between sessions. Photos are used only to generate your printable sheet and are cleared when you close the app or tap Clear.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your photos or personal data to third parties. When you export a sheet, sharing uses your device’s built-in share or download features (e.g. Files, email, print).

Payments (Web)

The web app offers a limited number of free photo sheets. After that, a one-time payment via PayPal or Cash App unlocks unlimited use on that browser. Payment status and free-use counts are stored locally in your browser only — we do not process card numbers on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You can delete local app data at any time. See our Delete Data page for instructions.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
