Account & data deletion — ER Wait Time

ER Wait Time (package com.easytechnologiez.ERTime) is operated by Innovators Generation. If you created an account in the app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We will delete your account credentials, profile, reviews linked to your account, and other personal data within 30 days (sooner when possible), except where the law requires retention.

Account deletion

Use any of these methods:

In the app (signed in): Profile → Delete Account, or Settings → Subscription → Data Rights → Request Account Deletion.
By email: Send a request from the email address registered in the app.

Data deletion (without closing your store account)

You may also request deletion of personal data we hold even if you do not delete your entire account:

On device: Settings → Apps → ER Wait Time → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
On our servers: Email us with subject Data Deletion Request - ER Wait Time and the email used in the app.

What we delete

Account email, username, and password hash
Profile name and preferences stored on our servers
Reviews, ratings, and feedback linked to your account
Subscription linkage metadata (billing remains with Apple/Google)

What may be retained

Anonymized analytics, fraud-prevention logs, or records required by law may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy and official policy.

Response time

We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive email confirmation when finished.
